After having traveled a lot, United States, Canada, Australia, we put our suitcases in Candé-sur-Beuvron. Aurélie is from Montrichard and studied at the Lycée Hôtelier de Blois. Eric, he is from Vannes in Brittany, he did his apprenticeship with Jacques Thorel at La Roche Bernard, then with Bernard Janson at the Auberge de Kerbourg. So, what could be more natural than renaming the “Caillère” to “Auberge de la Caillère”.
Reconnect with nature
Our daily philosophy
After having traveled to the 4 corners of the world, United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico… Aurélie and Eric Rialland settled down in Candé-sur-Beuvron in 2013.
Aurélie, originally from Montrichard, studied at the Lycée Hôtelier de Blois and worked in several renowned establishments in the region.
Eric, he is from Brittany near Vannes, he did his apprenticeship with Jacques Thorel at La Roche Bernard, then with Bernard Janson at the Auberge de Kerbourg.
After meeting in Australia, the taste for travel and discovery led us to a great wealth of diversity of products, tastes and ways of working.
It is this wealth of open-mindedness that we wholeheartedly put into our Auberge.
At the beginning of 2022, the Auberge de la Caillère closed its doors to get a facelift, move upmarket and expand.
In March 2023, the establishment will reopen with now 30 4-star rooms, a gourmet restaurant and a bistro.
